Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AV Technician to install, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot audio-visual equipment for meetings, events, conferences, and presentations. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.

• Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate AV equipment, including microphones, projectors, speakers, video monitors, recording equipment, soundboards, lighting, and conferencing systems.
• Conduct system testing and troubleshooting for hardware, cabling, and software issues.
• Support live and hybrid events, ensuring high-quality sound and video performance.
• Coordinate with event organizers, IT staff, and other stakeholders to understand AV requirements.
• Maintain and update inventory of AV equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on AV systems and equipment.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support during events or meetings.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Document AV system configurations and service logs.
