Key Responsibilities

• Auditing of OPD, Panchkarma and date of admission to date of discharge record.
• Educate patients on lifestyle /medications/dose/anupan/pathya/apathya that can help prevent or improve health conditions.
• Educate patients and their attendants about patient’s disease and complications, diet and lifestyle.
• Manage duty roasters of all Staff and other Doctors.
• Monitoring of patient’s condition before and after treatment and medicine care plan.
• Monitoring of medicines dispatched from pharmacy and handing over to patient and must follow recall policy with the help of Pharmacist.
• Always recheck and verify medicines which were issued by pharmacist to patients, if you have prescribed any high alert medicine/vish/upvish /kind of medicines.
