URGENT HIRING FOR THE SALES EXECUTIVE

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers to promote Apna Portal services.

• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Educate clients about portal features, benefits, and available solutions.
• Assist customers with onboarding, documentation, and account activation on the portal.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and closures in CRM systems.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery and issue resolution.
• Follow company sales processes, compliance guidelines, and ethical standards.
• Submit regular performance and sales reports to the reporting manager
