Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Handle loan file processing (Personal Loan, Business Loan, etc.)
Collect, verify, and maintain customer documents
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan approvals and updates
Maintain accurate records of all loan applications
Follow up with clients for pending documents
Track loan status from login to disbursement
Ensure compliance with company and bank policies
Support sales team in closing cases faster
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Basic knowledge of loan products and banking process
Computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
