Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Experienced Recruiter/Back Offcie executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition strategies, and candidate sourcing. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet business needs while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding.

Talent Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, networking, and other platforms to identify and attract top candidates.

Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for further evaluation.

Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates to create a pipeline of talent.

Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.

Employer Branding: Promote the company’s culture and values to attract top talent.

Data-Driven Approach: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to improve hiring efficiency.

Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.

Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.

Handle invoicing and basic financial documentation.

Use Excel for organizing and managing data.

Send, read, and respond to emails professionally.



Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: 3 years of proven experience as a recruiter (agency or in-house).

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals.

Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with hiring trends and best recruitment practices.

Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
