Dream Oven Hospitality Pvt Ltd is a leading hospitality company specializing in baking and pastry-making. We are currently seeking experienced Pastry Helpers and Chefs to join our team. We already are running more than 25 restaurants across delhi NCR Roles and Responsibilities: Assisting in the preparation of pastries, cakes, bread, and other baked goods as per the company’s recipes and standards Measuring and weighing ingredients and ensuring they are properly mixed, cooked, and baked Preparing icing, frosting, and other decorations for cakes and pastries Decorating cakes and pastries using various techniques such as piping, molding, and shaping Cleaning and maintaining equipment and utensils Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are maintained in the kitchen at all times Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed Assisting with menu planning and recipe development Requirements: Proven experience as a pastry helper or chef in a busy bakery or pastry shop Knowledge of various baking techniques and methods Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure Excellent time management and organizational skills Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays Good communication and interpersonal skills Education and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Formal training in pastry-making or a related field is an added advantage
