Bank Recovery Telecaller

Telecaller Collection roles involve contacting customers with overdue accounts to secure payments, negotiate repayment terms, and maintain accurate records of payment commitments. These roles, often found in banking and finance (NBFCs), focus on achieving daily/monthly collection targets and providing customer service to resolve payment issues. 

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Initiating calls to customers regarding overdue payments.
• Negotiation: Negotiating repayment schedules and resolving payment queries.
• Target Achievement: Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly collection goals.
• Data Management: Updating customer details and payment status in the system.
• Records Maintenance: Recording accurate notes from interactions. 

Job Requirements

• Education: Typically 12th pass or higher.
• Skills: Good communication skills (Hindi/English), negotiation, and basic computer knowledge.
• Experience: Previous telecalling or debt collection experience is preferred, but many roles are open to freshers.
