We are looking for a smart, friendly, and well-groomed Receptionist cum Beauty Assistant to join our team. This role involves managing the front desk, client communication, handling payments, maintaining product and client databases, and occasionally assisting with basic beauty services.

Key Responsibilities:Reception & Front Desk Duties:

• Greet clients warmly and professionally
• Answer phone calls and manage appointment bookings
• Handle client queries and guide them about services
• Manage client check-in and check-out
• Receive and record payments (cash, card, online)

Database Management:

• Maintain and update client records
• Maintain inventory/product database (stock in/out)
• Help in scheduling and confirming appointments

Beauty Assistance (Occasionally):

• Assist senior beauticians during treatments
• Perform basic beauty services (as per skill set and training)
• Keep workstations clean and well-organized

Client Service:

• Ensure a comfortable and welcoming experience for clients
• Follow up with clients for feedback and future appointments
• Promote salon packages and offers when required
• Requirements:Minimum 12th pass or diploma in beauty/administration preferred
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Booking software)
• Good communication skills (English/Hindi/local language)
• Friendly, organized, and professional behavior
• Prior salon or front desk experience is a plus
