Bench Sales Recruiter

We are hiring freshers who are eager to build their career in the US IT staffing industry. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for assisting in marketing consultants, coordinating with vendors/clients, and supporting the recruitment process. Full training will be provided. This is a full-time, on-site Bench Sales Recruiter role. The Bench Sales Recruiter will handle day-to-day tasks, including sourcing, recruiting, and managing the full life cycle of recruitment processes. The role also focuses on maintaining strong relationships with candidates, managing accounts effectively, and ensuring successful placement of qualified resources to meet client needs. Collaboration and proactive communication are critical in driving recruitment success and client satisfaction.

Qualification:

*Learn and support the US staffing & recruitment process.

*Assist in marketing bench consultants to clients and vendors.

* Communicate with consultants regarding project opportunities and availability.

* Maintain records of submissions, interviews, and feedback.

*Develop strong communication and negotiation skills through training.

Requirements:

- No degree required (Education is optional, but graduates are preferred).

- Strong communication skills in English (spoken & written).

- Willingness to work night shift only (7:30 PM– 4:30 AM IST).

- Good attitude, quick learner, and interest in recruitment/sales.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office & internet browsing.

- Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Knowledge of US staffing/IT recruitment.

- Familiarity with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, or LinkedIn.
