Job Title: Rider (Laundry & E-commerce Pickups/Deliveries)

Location: Delhi NCR

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:We are looking for a reliable and efficient Rider to join our operations team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in laundry or e-commerce pickups/deliveries and be comfortable handling 20–30 pickups and 4 deliveries per day across Delhi NCR. The role does not involve a fixed route and may require overtime, for which facilities are available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out 20–30 customer pickups per day (laundry or parcel items).
• Complete 4 deliveries daily as per schedule.
• Navigate efficiently across Delhi NCR without a fixed route.
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and customer-friendly behavior.
• Coordinate with the operations team for real-time updates.
• Maintain basic records of pickups/deliveries.

Requirements:

• Must have own two-wheeler in good condition.
• Valid Driving License, RC, and Pollution Certificate are mandatory.
• Prior experience in laundry or e-commerce delivery preferred.
• Good knowledge of Delhi NCR roads and areas.
• Willingness to work overtime when required (compensated).
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
