Job Title: Billing Executive

Department: Accounts / Operations

Shift Timing:

Shift A: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Shift B: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Working Hours: 12 Hours per shift

Reporting To: Accounts Manager / Store Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Executive responsible for accurate and timely billing, maintaining financial records, handling customer invoices, and supporting daily accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

• Generate customer bills and invoices accurately and on time
• Verify rates, discounts, taxes (GST), and quantities before billing
• Handle cash, UPI, card, and credit billing transactions
• Maintain daily billing reports and sales summaries
• Coordinate with sales, store, and dispatch teams for billing accuracy
• Resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries
• Ensure compliance with company billing policies and GST rules
• Maintain proper filing of invoices and financial documents
• Prepare end-of-shift cash and billing reconciliation
• Support audits and internal checks when required
• Update billing software and ERP systems regularly
• Ensure zero error billing during peak hours
• Maintain confidentiality of financial data
• Assist in monthly closing and reporting
• Ensure timely submission of daily billing MIS

Skills Required:

Knowledge of billing procedures

Experience with billing software/ERP

Good numerical and analytical skills

Attention to detail

Basic computer knowledge

Good communication skills

Qualification:

Graduate in Commerce or related field preferred

Minimum 1 year experience in billing/accounts role
