Job Title: Billing Head

Job Location: New Delhi

Job Summary:
I.P. Travel Lines, a leading car rental company in New Delhi, is seeking a Billing Head to oversee the billing and invoicing process for our rental car fleet. The ideal candidate will have experience in using software used by car rental companies or is eager to learn and have some knowledge of the automobile industry.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare and send invoices to customers for car rentals and other services
Manage customer billing inquiries and disputes, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate billing records and ensure that all invoices are sent out on time
Develop and implement billing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Monitor the billing process and identify opportunities for improvement
Work closely with other departments to ensure that all billing data is accurate and up-to-date
Provide regular reports on billing activity to senior management

Qualifications and Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
3-5 years of experience in a billing or accounting role, preferably in the car rental industry
Proficient in using software used by car rental companies
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Excel and Outlook
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
