🏢 Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Billing Executive to manage invoice generation, payment tracking, and basic accounts receivable functions. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of billing processes, GST, and accounting software.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• 1️⃣ Invoice Management Generate and issue invoices accurately
• Ensure proper GST calculation and billing compliance
• Prepare credit notes and debit notes when required
• 2️⃣ Accounts Receivable Track outstanding payments
• Follow up with customers for pending dues
• Maintain updated customer billing records
• 3️⃣ Payment & ReconciliationRecord daily payments (Cash/UPI/Bank Transfer/Cheque)
• Reconcile invoices with received payments
• Assist in resolving billing discrepancies
• 4️⃣ Documentation & Reporting Maintain proper billing documentation
• Prepare daily/weekly billing reports
• Support accounts team during audits

🛠️ Required Skills🎓

• Qualification B.Com / BBA / Any Commerce Graduate
• 💼 Experience 6 months to 1 year experience in Billing / Accounts
• 💻 Technical Skills Basic knowledge of Tally / Busy / Excel
• Understanding of GST billing
• Basic accounting knowledge
• 🤝 Soft Skills Good communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines
