Billing Executive

Job Summary:A Billing Executive is responsible for managing billing processes, generating invoices, ensuring accurate financial records, and coordinating with clients and internal departments to resolve billing issues. The role requires attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and knowledge of accounting procedures.

• Key Responsibilities:Prepare and generate accurate invoices for customers or clients
• Verify billing data and ensure all charges are correct
• Maintain and update billing records and databases
• Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations teams for billing information
• Handle client queries related to invoices and payments
• Track outstanding payments and follow up for collections
• Reconcile billing accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
• Prepare periodic billing reports and summaries
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in billing, invoicing, or accounting roles
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and GST (if applicable)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Preferred Qualifications:Experience with ERP systems
