Position: Branch Manager – Brokers Vertical.
CTC: 4L – 7L
Experience: 3 - 5 Yrs
Location: Noida.
Brief Job Responsibilities:
•	Have to manage a Team, Partners and distributors by selling General and Life Insurance Product.
•	Recruit POSP (Point of Salesperson) and Generate Business.
•	Develop POSP channel and drive the business with team through open market
•	Must Have Experience of LI and GI Insurance product and retail sales.
•	Sourcing new business through open Market through different channels.
•	Executing all the sales planning and overseeing target allocation.
•	Develop and maintain the contact with the Clients, Fulfilling the Leads, Implement and develop the sales activities to achieve target.
•	Hiring and retaining talents for working in LI and GI business
•	Directing the functions pertaining to Activation of Advisors, new business premium YOY growth, persistency and business development.
•	Developing relationships with sub-brokers for business development.
•	Interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business, ensuring quality delivery of services to the clients.
•	Providing technical service support to clients and resolving their issues / concerns.
•	Enhancing the productivity and efficiency of the channel.
