Job Title: Brand Manager

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to oversee the development and execution of our brand strategy. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire brand lifecycle, from identifying market opportunities to creating brand positioning and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
• Conduct research to identify consumer insights and market trends that will inform brand strategy and positioning.
• Create and manage brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing communications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with brand strategy.
• Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure optimal results.
• Manage the brand budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
• Oversee the development of marketing materials, including advertising, packaging, and promotions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and partners.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in brand management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy and execution, including market research, positioning and messaging.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making.
• Experience managing budgets and working with external vendors and partners.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
