About the RoleAnanta Business Services is looking for dynamic and result-driven Business Consultants (IT) who can engage with industrialists and business owners, understand their software requirements, and convert opportunities into successful application development projects.

• Key Responsibilities
• Interact with business owners and industrial clients to understand software needs
• Consult and suggest suitable IT/application development solutions
• Generate leads and convert them into project orders
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure project clarity and delivery
• Achieve a minimum of 2 client conversions per month
• Eligibility CriteriaStrong technical understanding of IT/software solutions
• Excellent communication, marketing, and interpersonal skills
• Age between 28 to 38 years
• Willingness to work in any of the mentioned locations
• Compensation & BenefitsFixed Salary: ₹1.20 LPA
• HRA (House Rent Allowance)
• Incentives: 10% per project order
• Earning Potential: ₹50,000+ per month (including incentives and allowances)
