A Business Development Associate (BDA) focuses on driving company growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall business development strategy. They are essentially the link between a company and potential clients, working to expand market presence and generate revenue

Key Responsibilities:


Meet and network with Bankers, Retail DSAs, Connectors, and IDC partners to establish and strengthen business relationships.

Pitch Capitalnine’s services and explain the benefits of collaborating with us.

Generate new business opportunities and onboard partners to grow the company’s network.

Maintain regular follow-up and relationship management with existing and potential partners.

Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Stay updated on industry trends, bank/NBFC policies, and competitor activities.


Requirements:

Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or similar roles in the BFSI/Loan sector.

Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.

Good understanding of loan products and financial services.

Willingness to travel locally for client/partner meetings.
