We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Team Leader/business associate to guide, mentor, and support our team in delivering outstanding results. You will ensure daily operations run smoothly, foster a positive and productive environment, and support team members in achieving their goals.

Role and responsibilities

• Team building: The primary responsibility is to identify, recruit, and build a team of business associates and advisors.
• Sales drive: Ensure the team meets or exceeds monthly sales targets and other business objectives.
• Coordination: Coordinate for regulatory training for the team members.
• Relationship management: Build strong relationships with associates and advisors to foster a productive team environment.
• Stakeholder management: Report to the Branch Manager and work with internal departments like
• Agency Sales Training and Branch Operations.
