Business Development Associate

Prospect and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our products/services.

Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet and exceed targets.

Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 6 months of experience (experience in sales industry is a plus.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
