Business Development Executive

Mehndiwalaa.com is a fast-growing bridal and event mehndi service brand. We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who can confidently handle customers, close sales, manage online & telesales leads, and book bridal services.

• Key Responsibilities
• Handle incoming B2C leads through Calls, WhatsApp, Website & Social Media
• Communicate with brides and customers in a professional and polite manner
• Understand customer requirements for Bridal Mehndi, Party & Festival Services
• Explain service details, designs, packages, and pricing clearly
• Close sales and confirm bridal bookings
• Manage online sales and telesales processes efficiently
• Provide customer support before and after booking
• Follow up on inquiries to improve lead conversion
• Maintain customer data, booking details, and follow-up records
• Coordinate with the internal team after booking confirmation
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong communication & negotiation skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Experience in B2C Sales / Tele Sales / Online Sales
• Excellent customer handling and closing skills
• Comfortable with calls, WhatsApp, Excel .
• Sales-driven, confident, and result-oriented attitude
• Salary & Benefits :
