Business Development Executive

Eligibility :

Should have at least 3 years of exposure of Recruitment & Staffing organization in Business Development Role

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients.

Conduct market research to identify new clients for Business Development.

Collaborate with executives to closures and to achieve revenue targets.

Train and guide junior business development staff.

Negotiate business deals with potential new clients.

Achieve targets and short goals.
