We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can invite and onboard people to get a FREE E-commerce Website who can independently generate leads, communicate with potential clients, and build a strong business pipeline. This is a target-driven role with a fixed salary plus performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently generate qualified leads for ecommerce end to end services.

Initiate and manage end-to-end communication with prospective clients.

Understand client business requirements and identify service fit.

Build and maintain a consistent and healthy sales pipeline.

Invite and onboard individuals/business owners for free e-commerce website setup

Explain product features and benefits clearly to potential clients

Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and referrals

Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into active users

Assist clients with basic guidance on website and marketing usage

Work closely with the marketing team to achieve growth targets

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)

Knowledge of Digital Marketing (Social Media, Ads, Lead Generation basics)

Experience in sales, business development, and onboarding

Ability to convince and build relationships with customers

Basic understanding of E-commerce platforms is an advantage

Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.

Self-motivated and target-oriented

High ownership mindset with strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

Minimum 2 Year experienced candidates can apply

Targets & Compensation:

· This is a target-based role.

· Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives.
