Job Description

Part of Marketing and Business Development Team. - Design and implement Sales and Marketing strategy - Deal in Commercial and Industrial Real Estate investment opportunities. - Overall investment advisor and relationship manager. - Initiating sales promotion activities, participating in corporate campaigns/ events to showcase product - Develop and Manage prospective clients / customers interested to invest in the Company's Real Estate Product and ensure revenue generation enabling the Organization to meet its Business Plan & Objectives. - Helping in product configuration, amenities, pricing and project positioning. - Introduction of best practices. - Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the customer requirement .
