Job Description

Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation

Meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential customers

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts

Negotiate terms and close sales deals

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, support) to ensure customer satisfaction

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
