Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and result-driven MBA Marketing freshers to join our Field Sales team as Business Development Executives. The role involves meeting SMEs (Small & Medium Enterprises), delivering product presentations, and selling our business plans and subscription-based solutions to help clients enhance their online presence and digital reach.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential SME clients in assigned territories

Conduct on-field sales meetings and deliver product presentations explaining plans and subscription benefits

Understand client business needs and recommend suitable solutions

Generate leads and convert prospects into customers

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients

Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management

Eligibility Criteria-

MBA in Marketing (Freshers only)

Strong communication and presentation skills

Willingness to work in an on-field sales environment

High energy, self-motivated, and target-oriented attitude

Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts
