Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive lead generation and manage outbound calling efforts. The ideal candidate will identify potential clients, initiate contact, nurture prospects, and support the sales pipeline to achieve business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products/services.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social outreach.
- Identify decision-makers and assess client needs.
- Follow up with customers to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and call tasks.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies.
- Track and report on outreach performance metrics.
