Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Time: 09:30 am to 06:00 pm

Designation: Sales - Business Development

Travel is mandatory to client location, all the expenses are reimbured at actuals


Generate business for Employee Background Verification (BGV) services by identifying corporate clients, staffing firms, and startups. Prospect through LinkedIn, cold calling, and emails. Manage proposals, negotiations, CRM pipeline, and close deals


Job Profile: Business Development Executive – Background Verification Sales


Role Overview


We are seeking dynamic and motivated Business Development Executives to drive sales in the background verification industry. The ideal candidate will be young, energetic, and passionate about building client relationships, with prior experience in business development sales being a strong advantage.

 

Key Responsibilities·        


Identify and generate new business opportunities in background verification services.

·        Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and long-term business.

·        Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

·        Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

·        Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.

·        Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

·        Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.


Qualifications·        


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

·        Freshers with strong communication and persuasion skills are welcome.

·        0–5 years of experience in business development or sales (background verification or HR services preferred).

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·        Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

·        Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
