Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities:

* Pitch influencer marketing solutions to brands and marketing teams

* Identify and close new business opportunities

* Build and manage strong client relationships

* Conduct B2B sales calls, meetings, and follow-ups with decision-makers

* Collaborate with internal teams to align proposals and campaigns

* Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

* 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales / business development (agency or marketing background preferred)

* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

* Understanding of the digital marketing / influencer marketing ecosystem

* Confidence in handling brand managers, marketing heads, and founders

* Result-oriented mindset with a strong drive to close deals

(Bachelor’s degree preferred, but real sales skill > degrees)
