Job Title: Sales Executive – Online Veterinary Courses

Location: Work from Home

Salary: 25k to 40k

Role Summary:

Responsible for converting leads into course enrollments, providing course counselling, and supporting students throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email

Counsel students and explain course details

Achieve admission targets

Update enquiry/sales sheet regularly

Coordinate with admin for onboarding

Provide basic post-sale support

Requirements:

Any graduate (sales/customer support background preferred)

Good communication in English & Hindi

Confident, target-driven, and organized

KRA – Sales Executive

1.⁠ ⁠Daily Talk Time

Minimum 2.5 hours (150 minutes) of productive talk time per working day (calls with potential or current leads).

2.⁠ ⁠Monthly Sales Target

Minimum ₹2,00,000 in confirmed sales per month (course fee collection).

3.⁠ ⁠Lead Follow-Up & CRM Update

100% follow-up with assigned leads.

Update status of each enquiry in the CRM/lead sheet daily.

4.⁠ ⁠Conversion & Counselling

Provide course counselling to leads.

Ensure proper explanation of course benefits, features, and fee structure.

5.⁠ ⁠Coordination with Admin

Handover confirmed students to admin team for onboarding and further support.

6.⁠ ⁠Reporting

Share daily call and sales reports.

Weekly review with CEO or Sales Manager.
