Job Title: Business Development Associate (BDA)

Location: Work From Home (WFH)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 + Incentives

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and online platforms
• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
• Explain products/services to potential clients and close sales
• Maintain strong relationships with clients
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain and update customer database (CRM)

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of sales and business development
• Comfortable with calling and client interaction
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Laptop and stable internet connection required

Preferred:

• Candidates from EdTech, coaching industry, or online course sales background will be preferred
