Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, site visits, referrals, digital platforms, and walk-ins
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable real estate projects (plots/flats/commercial)
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and follow-ups with prospective clients
• Maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and clients
• Negotiate deals and close sales as per company targets and policies
• Coordinate with CRM/operations team for documentation, booking, and post-sales support
• Maintain and update customer data in CRM regularly
• Track market trends, competitor projects, and pricing
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and project briefings

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing and closing abilities
• Good knowledge of local real estate market
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
