Job Description

Designation: Business Development Executive

Department : Offline Sales

Location: Remote( should be from Delhi/NCR only)

Experience: 1-2 Years

Compensation: 216,000 per annum + Incentives

We at Autofy are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic candidate with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our team as a full-time Business Development Executive. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with maximum industry exposure.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage new dealers, retailers, and distributors.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per business objectives.
  • Track and report sales performance, market feedback, and business opportunities to respective authorities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products and pricing structures.
  • Build client relationships, handle objections, and close deals.
  • Qualify leads, conduct needs assessments, and present tailored solutions to prospects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Applications from outside Delhi NCR will not be considered
  • Negotiation & Persuasion Skills: Confidence in handling objections and closing high-value deals.
