Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct visits to potential customers to introduce Bigwit Energy's solar solutions, demonstrating how solar technology meets their needs.
- Deliver compelling presentations to explain the advantages of going solar and the specific benefits of choosing Bigwit Energy.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues, ensuring a thorough understanding of our product specifications and installation processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing high-quality service that encourages repeat business and referrals.
- Stay informed of the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulatory issues.
- Achieve sales targets as set by the Sales Manager.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to deepen product knowledge and enhance professional skills.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service; experience in the solar or renewable energy sector is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively in Delhi to meet clients.
