Job Description

Role OverviewWe are looking for a passionate and result-driven Business Development Executive who can understand candidates’ career aspirations, identify their learning needs, and recommend the most suitable programs. This is a consultative sales role where your primary goal is to guide candidates toward the right career path while driving enrollments.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with prospective learners via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
  • Understand candidates’ background, career goals, and skill gaps.
  • Provide personalized counseling and recommend suitable courses/programs.
  • Explain program benefits, outcomes, and career opportunities clearly.
  • Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with prospects.
  • Follow up consistently to convert leads into enrollments.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams for feedback and improvements.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications1–3 years of experience in sales / business development / counseling (EdTech preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Basic understanding of career paths in tech/business domains is a plus.
  • Comfortable with high-volume calling and lead engagement.
  • Target-driven mindset with a consultative approach.
