  Job description

 Overall Responsibility

1. Get in touch with TOP event/wedding planner in India and across the world for selling my profile (Anchor’s work) via calls, email or any other source available.

2. Get in touch with current prospect for selling my services (Anchor’s work) and outsource artist (Via calls, email or any other source available).

Responsibility for Artist Outsourcing

SELLING AND UPSELLING

1.       Good with sales and convincing, good with holding conversation even at late hours for conversion.

2.       Follow up with prospect for upselling, negotiation and deal closing.

3.       Follow-up with ARTIST for requirement and TECH Rider and all other details.

4.       Should be comfortable working on SATURDAY AND SUNDAY.

5.       Should be an incredible listener and can understand between the lines.

DATA MANAGEMENT

1.       Guy should have good knack of artistic skills to find good underdogs/ middle / higher middle/top level artist (Anchor, DJ’S Etc.) across India.

2.       Guy should know to maintain excel and extract data in no time.

3.       Guy should create package and deals of the artist to sell them to B2B and B2C. (Training will be provided)

4.       Guy should be well versed with PDF making, Excel, basic poster making etc.

5.       Guy will deal with vendors of graphics, marketing and sales team.
