Position Overview: We are looking for a driven and versatile Commercial Kitchen Equipment Rental & Sales Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing rental operations, conducting client meetings, and driving sales of our commercial kitchen equipment. The ideal candidate will excel in customer relations, possess a solid understanding of commercial kitchen equipment, and have a proven track record in sales.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our sales in the HoReCa segment (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, QSRs, and Catering Units). The ideal candidate should have prior experience in commercial kitchen equipment sales, business tie-ups, and channel development, with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HoReCa sector for commercial kitchen equipment.
  • Generate leads through direct visits, cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafes, caterers, and distributors.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Coordinate with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market opportunities.
  • Maintain sales records, reports, and client communication through CRM tools.
  • Develop strategic tie-ups with consultants, kitchen planners, HoReCa segment


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Business, or relevant field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales or HoReCa / Commercial Kitchen Equipment industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong client relationship management and field sales experience.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Should have a valid driving license and willingness to travel.


Salary Range:

₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Incentives (based on experience and performance)

Office -Nangli Sakrawati & Field (Regional / Metro Cities as per business requirements)
