Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell products or services.

 Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other channels.

 Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

 Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products/services.

 Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

 Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in the CRM system.

 Handle customer objections and questions professionally and confidently.

 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding or after-sales support.

 Provide feedback on customer trends and market conditions to the management.
