Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented female Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting both sales and operational functions to ensure smooth business processes, customer satisfaction, and the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between sales and operations teams, coordinating efforts to maximize efficiency and performance


Key Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction:Professionally handle and resolve client queries.

• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

• Order Management:Collaborate with Operations team for accurate and timely order processing.Monitor order progress to ensure seamless delivery.

• Relationship Management:Build and nurture strong client relationships.

• Act as a dedicated point of contact for client requirements and concerns.

• Product Catalog Growth:Work on expanding and updating the product catalog to meet client needs and trends.

• Brand Partnerships:Assist in identifying and building strategic brand partnerships to enhance offerings.


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.(only females are preferred)

• 2-6 years of experience in sales operations, logistics, or customer service (depending on level).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications and tools.

• Analytical thinking and a problem-solving attitude.

• Candidates from e-commerce and corporate gifting background would be preferred..
