Job Description

Key Responsibilities• Generate leads through outreach to schools, colleges, coaching centers and organisations

• Conduct presentations and meetings with principals, directors, teachers and parents

• Promote and sell our student development programs, workshops and long-term courses

• Identify new market opportunities and contribute to revenue growth

• Build long-term relationships with institutional clients

• Maintain records of sales activities and prepare weekly reports

• Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of programs

• Follow up with clients for renewals, feedback and future collaborations

• Represent the company at events, exhibitions and seminars

• Meet monthly sales and outreach targets

Required Skills & Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or business development (EdTech or education sector experience preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to deliver impactful presentations

• Confidence in dealing with senior stakeholders such as principals and management teams

• Ability to handle targets and work under pressure

• Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset

• Good command over English and Hindi

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools and online meeting platforms

Preferred Qualities• Passion for student development, life skills and education

• Energetic, optimistic and disciplined personality

• Ability to understand parents’ and students’ pain points

• Willingness to travel for meetings and presentations

• Team player with strong work ethics
