Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to manage and expand our international B2B client base. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in inside sales, pre-sales, lead generation, and client relationship management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


*This role offers a Work From Home (WFH) arrangement, with the requirement to visit the office 2–3 times a month for meetings or training sessions. Candidates should be flexible with working hours, as the role involves coordination with international clients.


📍 Location: Sector 63, Noida (Work From Home with occasional office visits)

💼 Experience: Minimum 1 year in International Inside Sales / Business Development

🕘 Shift Timing (when working from office): 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

🔁 Mode: Work From Home (2–3 office visits per month)


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities from international (B2B) markets.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and online meetings.
  • Understand client requirements and pitch relevant company services effectively.
  • Convert qualified leads into potential clients through consultative sales.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in International Inside Sales / Pre-Sales / Business Development (B2B).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven ability to generate and convert leads in international markets.

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

• Ability to work towards sales targets and handle client communication independently.

• Comfortable with night shift timing (6 PM – 3 AM) and occasional office visits (2–3 times per month).

• Experience in a service-based industry will be an added advantage.
