Job Title: Business Development Executive (Internship)

Stipend: ₹15,000 - ₹40,000 per month (Target-Based)

Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Intern to join our sales and growth team. This is a field-based role where you will be required to go out into the market, meet with clients, and generate business.

Key Responsibilities

Identify new clients and business opportunities (Lead Generation).

Visit potential customers in the field to explain our products/services.

Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets.

Monitor market trends and competitors.

Provide daily reports and feedback.

Requirements

Education: Candidates must hold a B.Tech, BCA, or MCA degree.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Passion for field work and the capacity for hard work.

Good understanding of the local area.

Salary & Benefits Structure

Performance-Linked Pay: Your stipend will be entirely dependent on your achievement of targets (ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹40,000).

Minimum Pay Guarantee: If targets are not met, a fixed amount equivalent to 30% of the total stipend will be provided.

Certification: Upon successful completion of the 6-month internship, you will be issued an Experience Letter.
