Business Development Executive – Recruitment Services

We are a 20+ year-old leadership hiring and recruitment consulting firm, enabling organizations to build smarter, growth-ready teams across India.
Location: Remote / WFH (Client visits as needed)
Asset Requirement: candidate must have a high speed new age laptop, proper work station and highspeed broadband connection.
Preferred: Candidates based in Delhi-NCR
About the Role:
We’re hiring a Pure Business Development professional (no delivery role) to drive new client acquisition for our recruitment services in the Manufacturing, BFSI, and Healthcare sectors. Your role will be to reach out to decision-makers, understand their hiring needs, and onboard them as clients with clear deliverables and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage new potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Target List Building via Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Adapt.io etc.
- LinkedIn i.e. Phantombuster, TexAu, Dripify etc.
- Pitch recruitment services to CXOs, CHROs, Plant HRs, and Business Heads
- Set up meetings, conduct discovery calls, and understand hiring pain points
- Share tailored proposals, negotiate commercials, and close mandates
- Maintain a strong and active pipeline of leads and prospects
- Coordinate internally for mandate handover to the delivery team
Must Have:·
- 3–8 years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Prior experience in recruitment/staffing, HR consulting, or B2B service sales
- Proven ability to acquire mid to large enterprise clients
- Strong communication, pitching, and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle
