Job Description
Profile - Business Development Manager - BDM
Salary - Rs. 3,00,000 to Rs.4,50,000 LPA + Incentives + Foreign Trips+ 06 Months Promotions
Key Responsibilities/ Key Deliverables:
ü Drive Input behaviors with the assigned team of ADRMs and
Advisors
ü Drive cross sales and new sales from the assigned team of ADRMs
and advisors.
ü Meeting the sales plan numbers consistently
ü Maintain and improve the Sales Quality Standards by maintaining
the Persistency standards.
ü Training and Development of the team of ADRMs, advisors for new
product launches / revision in the existing policies.
ü Drive advisor attendance in Trainings and GO-meets.
ü Work with other functions / departments and work towards solving
roadblocks faced by team of ADRMs and advisors....
Measures of Success:
ü New Business Premium Sourced
ü Advisor Activation & Productivity month on month
ü Cross-Sell Conversion
ü Meeting Persistency standards
ü ADRMs meeting standards
ü Adhering to Input behaviors as per the defined standards.
