Business Development Manager

Kinetic Realm India Pvt Ltd is building a high-performance Wealth Management vertical and is looking for driven, network-rich Wealth Advisors who can engage and manage affluent client portfolios.

This role is ideal for professionals who understand investment advisory, relationship management, and wealth creation strategies.

Key Responsibilities -

• Acquire and manage HNI / UHNI / SME clients
• Sell and advise on investment & financial products (Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, etc.)
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Drive AUM growth and revenue targets
• Leverage existing client base and network for business expansion

Ideal Candidate Profile - Only experienced candidates having;

• 2–5 years experience in Banking / Financial Services / Wealth Management
• Proven track record in sales of investment or banking products
• Strong networking ability with access to HNI / SME clients
• Excellent communication & relationship management skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
