Job Description

 We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales executives, planning sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be the key person guiding the team and planning how to take the business forward.

Key Responsibilities (Role & Duties):

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of Sales Executives and staff. Provide them with direction and training to achieve targets.
  • Strategic Planning: Create and execute strategies to grow the business and expand the customer base. Plan "how to grow the business" for the next quarter/year.
  • Sales Management: Set sales targets for the team and ensure they are met.
  • Customer Relations: Handle key client relationships and give direction to customers regarding our products/services.
  • Reporting: Analyze sales data and present reports to the management regarding growth and areas of improvement.

Requirements (Skills & Experience):

  • Proven experience in Sales or Business Development (Experience of [X] years).
  • Strong leadership skills (Must have managed a team before).
  • Excellent communication and planning skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and staff.
