Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are seeking a confident, well-groomed, and professional female Business Development Manager (BDM) with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate will represent the organization in client interactions, schedule meetings with CAs, professionals, and prospects, and build long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and maintain professional communication with clients and partners (including CAs and finance professionals).
• Schedule meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with prospects.
• Represent the company with confidence, elegance, and professionalism.
• Maintain CRM records and provide timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client needs.
• Participate in client-facing events, conferences, or business gatherings.

Requirements:

• Female candidate with a presentable personality and polished communication skills.
• Confident in public speaking and client handling.
• 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, business development, or front-office roles.
• Fluent in Hindi and English.
• Knowledge of financial products, insurance, or real estate is a plus.
• Graduate or above preferred.
