Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive business growth, identify new market opportunities, and lead strategic initiatives in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, proven sales expertise, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic new business development plans.

Identify and evaluate new market opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

Lead and mentor the business development team to achieve targets.

Collaborate with senior leadership to align business development strategies with company goals.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.

Prepare and present regular reports on business development performance and progress.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in a senior business development role, preferably in FMCG.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to think strategically and creatively.

Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

MBA preferred.
