We are looking for a trustworthy, responsible, and result-driven Business Development Manager

Who can handle business growth activities independently and contribute to the expansion of our organic spices brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business growth strategies for organic spice products
• Identify new markets, distributors, dealers, and business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Handle negotiations, pricing, and contract discussions
• Manage sales targets and ensure timely achievement
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams
• Maintain records, reports, and market analysis
• Ensure ethical business practices and protect company interests

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role
• Experience in FMCG / Food / Organic products industry preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• High level of honesty, integrity, and responsibility
• Ability to handle business operations independently
• Willingness to travel for business development
• Good understanding of market trends and customer needs
