Business Development Manager (BDM) – Exhibitions & Sponsorship SalesEvent: SnackPro XpoLocation: Delhi (On-site + Field Work)Experience: 2–6 Years (Exhibition / Media / B2B Sales Preferred)About the RoleWe are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager to lead exhibition space sales and sponsorship sales for SnackPro Xpo. This role is perfect for someone who understands B2B selling, thrives on targets, and can build strong relationships with brands in the snack, food, and processing industry.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue GenerationSell exhibition stall space to snack brands, manufacturers, distributors, and allied industries
  • Generate revenue through sponsorship packages (Title Sponsor, Co-powered by, Category Sponsors, etc.)
  • Identify and approach high-potential brands for premium partnerships
  • Lead Generation & ConversionGenerate leads via cold calling, LinkedIn, references, and industry databases
  • Convert inbound and outbound leads into confirmed exhibitors and sponsors
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and CRM tracking
  • Client Relationship ManagementBuild long-term relationships with industry players and decision-makers
  • Understand client needs and pitch customized participation packages
  • Ensure smooth coordination between client and internal teams
  • Market & Industry NetworkingActively network in the food, snack, and processing ecosystem
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and meetings to generate business opportunities
  • Target & PerformanceAchieve monthly and overall revenue targets
  • Drive high conversion ratios and maximize booth occupancy
  • Skills & RequirementsStrong B2B sales experience (Exhibitions / Events / Media preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Confident in cold calling and pitching high-value deals
  • Ability to handle revenue targets and pressure
  • Good understanding of branding, sponsorship value, and ROI selling
  • Proficient in MS Excel, CRM tools, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and aggressive in sales approach
  • Bonus (Good to Have)Existing network in snack / food / FMCG industry
  • Prior experience in expo stall or sponsorship sales
  • Understanding of event marketing and brand positioning
